Jawans

Right, so this is my first entry, for this I'd like to present what was one of my earliest written poems, and most importantly, one of the fisrt of my published poems. I think i had just entered 7th grade. i mean earliest written meaningful poems, at tender ages we all tend to write shit like "there was a cat, he then sat, put his hat and played cricket with his bat", nope this aint a site fer all that cute shit.
But first, Jawans!

Jawans on the borders
Have got special orders,
To protect our country
From its eternal misery.

They come to the army
Leaving their family and others,
And now the army's only their fathers mothers and even brothers.

In love and war everything's fair,
Thus they battle in the sea the land and also in the air.
They battle on sand and they battle in caves,
They battle in the himalayas and also in the bays.
They battle in the sea
And they battle on land,
They battle in punjab and
Also in rajasthan's sand.

At the end of it all
The battlefield becomes a grave,
Of the souls and spirits
Of our brave.
